§150502. Organization

(a) Federal Charter.—National Conference of State Societies, Washington, District of Columbia (in this chapter, the "corporation"), is a federally chartered corporation. (b) Perpetual Existence.—Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
