Effective Date Pub. L. 105–220, title V, §507, Aug. 7, 1998, 112 Stat. 1247, which provided that Pub. L. 105–220, and the amendments made by Pub. L. 105–220, would take effect on Aug. 7, 1998, except as otherwise provided, was repealed by Pub. L. 113–128, title V, §511(a), July 22, 2014, 128 Stat. 1705.
