L. 101–280, §7(b)(2)[(d)(2)], May 4, 1990, 104 Stat. 161, related to maximum amount of honoraria which could be accepted by Members of Congress.

Effective Date of Repeal Pub. L. 102–90, title I, §6(f)(1), Aug. 14, 1991, 105 Stat. 451, provided that: "Except for the provisions of subsection (e)(1) [105 Stat. 451], the provisions of this section [see Tables for classification] shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act [Aug. 14, 1991]."
