§139. Steelmark Month
(a) Designation.—May is Steelmark Month. (b) Purpose.—Steelmark Month recognizes the tremendous contribution made by the steel industry in the United States to national security and defense. (c) Proclamation.—The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling on the people of the United States to observe Steelmark Month with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
