§7802. Applicability of subchapter

Parts B, C, D, E, and F of this subchapter do not apply to subchapter VII of this chapter.

Amendments 2015—Pub. L. 114–95, §8003, substituted "Parts B, C, D, E, and F of this subchapter do not apply to subchapter VII" for "Parts B, C, D, and E of this subchapter do not apply to subchapter VIII".
